	ACS Offers wrestling programs for youth 1st-5th grade, middle school, and varsity.

Only in its second year at ACS, the wrestling program completed the season on a championship level. At the region tournament, three wrestlers earned a competing spot in the state championship competition. Ben Grisel advanced to the tournament as a freshman; Larry Thurmond competed for his second year. Though neither had a top five finish, both gained valuable experience at competing on a championship level. Not only did he win his region title, Ryan Smith also advanced to the state championship for a second year. With a total of three pins, Coach Mason said, "He pinned his way through his matches." Finishing his season with a record of 38-7, Ryan Smith became the 2007 GHSA Class A heavy weight wrestling champion.
