Our big kick-off is NEXT FRIDAY, October 27!! Please help us partner with The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia to feed those in our community who are HUNGRY!
Please bring in canned and non-perishable goods beginning Friday, October 27 to your homeroom teacher. Monetary donations DO count as food purchased for the Hunger Bowl. Each dollar given is equal to 5 cans purchased!

*The top student donors will also have the honor of traveling to the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia on November 10to deliver the food we have collected.*
Remember this is a 2 week food drive! All donations MUST be in by Friday morning, November 10.
*High School Students, Parents, and Teachers please remember the WILDS trip is November 6-9! Please help us get those donations in early.

October 18 2017 - Congratulations to Nich Hopper for placing 4th in the Sub Area FFA Electrification Contest and qualifying for the Area Contest. Chandler Gober also did well as he placed 11th.

Georgia's immunization requirements for children attending seventh grade have been revised to align with the current Recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
Effective July 1, 2014, all children born on or after January 1, 2002 who are attending seventh grade, and children who are new entrants into a Georgia school in grades eight through twelve, must have received one dose of Tdap vaccine and one dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine.

10/26/17 - Middle School and Varsity Cross Country teams ran in the City Champions. Best overall team races for both varsity boys and varsity girls we have had all year. Fantastic job and fantastic day. MS meet champion was Nathan Smith. MS boys and girls ran outstanding. MS boys were also led by Luke McCrudden. MS girls were led by Keren Palma and Ashlyn Dilworth.
10/16/17 - Nathan Smith ran in the MS Cross Country State Meet over the break and placed 9th overall A and AA schools!
10/11/17 - The Lady Eagle Softball team finished 3rd in the Region at last week's Region Tournament and will begin the State Playoffs against George Walton on October 12.
10/10/17 - MS Football team finished the season undefeated with a 40-14 win over Prince Avenue Christian. Congratulations!
10/10/17 - Cross Country meet at Riverside Military. Varsity Girls and Boys dominated Prince Ave as well as 12 other teams! MS champion Nathan Smith beat a topped rank runner who has not been beaten all year! For all the details on the races, click here.
10/4/17 - The Lady Eagles Softball got a big win in their first game of the Region 8A Tournament over Towns County, 14-8.
10/3/17 - Cross Country teams ran at Hebron Christian in a 24 school meet. Varsity girls were 3rd led by Maude Todd who was 9th. Varsity boys were led by Noah Irwin who was 4th. MS boys were led by Nathan Smith who was 3rd and Drew Beedle who was 8th. MS girls were led by Ashlyn Dilworth and Keren Palma.
10/3/17 - Varsity Volleyball - In the 1st round of area tournament the Lady Eagles beat George Walton 25-20, 25-27, 25-20. Congratulations to Calina Croy- 1st team All-Area and Mackenzie Kirby- Honorable Mention! They will play the second round of the tournament on Thursday at 4:30 at George Walton. CONGRATULATIONS TEAM – this is the first time an ACS Volleyball team has made it to this round!
9/30/17 - Varsity Volleyball team had 3 wins at their play date. Beat Bethlehem Christian 25-18, 25-13. Beat Clarke Central 25-22, 23-25, 15-12. Beat Gatewood 31-29, 25-18.
9/28/17 - Middle School football team had a big win over Hebron Christian 45-0.
9/28/17 - Varsity Volleyball team beat Prince Avenue Christian 25-16, 25-21.
9/28/17 - The Lady Eagles Softball pounded out 18 hits in a 14-5 win over Hebron.
9/26/17 - Lady Eagle Softball team honored their two Seniors, Sammi Veamoi and Kinsley Dickerson. The Lady Eagles then took care of business on the field, beating Providence 12-4.
9/25/17 - MS Football team defeated Athens Academy, 44-6.
9/21/17 - Varsity Volleyball team beat Westminster 25-13, 25-16 and Monsignor Donovan 25-15, 25-6.
9/19/17 - Varsity Volleyball team beat Monroe 25-17, 25-17.
9/19/17 - Cross Country Meet at Riverside Military. Varsity 100% personal best ties for the season! Get all the meet the details
9/18/17 - Varsity Volleyball Team beat Stephens County 25-18, 25-21, and Hart County 25-22, 25-19.
9/7/17 - Varsity Volleyball team beat Lake Oconee Academy 25-13, 25-12.
9/5/17 - Varsity Volleyball team beat Morgan County 25-13, 25-22. They also beat Gatewood 25-20, 21-25, 25-14.
9/5/17 - Big 5th-6th grade Youth Football win over Athens Academy, 24-16.
9/2/17 - Cross Country teams competed in the Region Preview meet at ACS -- Varsity Boys placed 4th, Varsity Girls placed 2nd, MS Girls placed 2nd, and MS Boys placed 1st. Nathan Smith finished 1st for the MS boys!
8/29/17 - Youth Football team had a big win over North Oconee, 32-0
8/29/17 - Middle School softball team defeated Social Circle, 11-7.
